Delivery, Warranty and return Policy

testReturn Conditions (14-Day Limit):

• Timeframe: Products can be returned or exchanged within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.
• Condition: Items must be unused, in their original factory packaging, with all tags and full accessories included.
• Used Items: If an item has been used even once, it is not eligible for a return or refund (except in cases of factory defects).
• Identification:customers must provide the purchase date and order code to initiate a return.

Factory Defects & Warranty:

• If a product has a factory defect, it will be handled according to our warranty terms.
• In case of a defect, please contact us immediately with your order code so we can inspect the item and provide warranty service (repair, replacement, or refund).

Warranty applies exclusively to original iPOOLGO products and covers factory defects under proper operation conditions.

Warranty Services Include:

• Repair
• Part replacement
• Product replacement (if necessary)

Warranty Does Not Cover:

• Mechanical damage
• Improper use
• Violation of instructions
• Unauthorized repair
• Natural wear and tear
• Warranty period: 12 months from the date of purchase

Free Delivery

• Free delivery is available on all orders across Georgia.
• Delivery takes 1-2 business days within Tbilisi and 2-4 business days to regions.

Receiving and Inspection

• Please inspect the package upon delivery in the presence of the courier.
• If any damage is found, please notify the courier immediately or contact our support team.
